$120 per year
Family Plan
$170 per year
With our low annual membership fee of $120 for individuals and $170 for families, you will receive the following benefits:
- 50% off all preventative services including exams, radiographs, emergency visits, routine cleanings, and periodontal therapy.
- 20% off all dental procedures (including cosmetic and invisalign) Excluded treatment includes: sleep apnea, fluoride, hydroxyapatite, VELscope, and whitening.
- No deductibles, waiting periods or maximums.
